- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring clear and ongoing communication to guarantee on-time delivery.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments to resolve issues between customer requirements and operations.
- Audit and process customer orders accurately, verifying quantity, pricing, and revision levels.
- Perform various clerical duties including answering phones, filing, and general administrative support.
- Use MRP systems and MS Office tools to manage and track orders and inventory.
- Assist in planning and procurement activities as needed.
- Experience in supply chain operations within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong math skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and stay organized under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Knowledge of MRP systems required.
